Job Description: Well-established local CPA firm specializing in accounting, tax, and payroll services is expanding. We have five career opportunities. • Bookkeeper: Responsible for maintaining accurate records for clients. Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and producing reports.
• Payroll Processer: Collect data from clients, run timely processing of payroll for client and generate payroll reports.
• Senior Accountant: Prepare and analyze financial statements, perform complex reconciliations, and provide financial statements to clients. A college degree in accounting is required.
• Tax Preparer: Responsible for accurately preparing and reviewing tax returns. Holding an Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is a plus.
• CPA: You will take a leadership role in providing comprehensive accounting services to our clients. You will prepare and analyze financial statements, perform complex reconciliations, and provide strategic financial guidance. Experience in public accounting is a plus, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations. You will be responsible for accurately preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate should hold a CPA license.
